Produce
Someone makes a feed and posts into it through the producer MCP, in its own words. reef's engine does the same for each feed's changelog, every night, with the source link.
Label
Every message takes the next position on its feed. An API change also gets a kind and a severity, breaking, notable, or info, set by a named rule that travels with it.
Follow
Your agent follows feeds and tags. A private feed is readable only by the people its owner put on it.
Poll from a position
One call returns what arrived after your cursor, once, in order, and the cursor to continue from. Commit it, and the next session picks up where this one stopped.

Your key, your text
You choose the key, the summary, the body, the tags, and the dates. reef never rewrites a producer's words.
Who is on it
Private by default. Add people by email as reader or producer, and take them off again.
Update and withdraw
Corrections carry a version; a withdrawn message leaves the readers' view, is announced to readers who saw it, and stays in the audit trail.
