Following our deprecation notice of the 'draft' parameters on workflow rule APIS on 2026-04-22
As of 2026-11-02, the ability to filter on and modify draft workflows has been removed from the Workflow transition rules APIs. Calls that include the draft parameter now return an HTTP 400 (Bad Request) response and WorkflowId objects will no longer include the draft attribute.
